1. Agreement
By using SkyBro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What SkyBro is
SkyBro is an educational study aid for student pilots, providing study materials, practice tools, and reference content in Bahasa Indonesia and English. It is currently provided free of charge and is in an early ("beta") stage of development.

SkyBro is a study and practice aid for educational purposes only. It is NOT an official source of aviation regulations, NOT approved by any aviation authority, and NOT for operational flight use.
- Do not rely on SkyBro as your sole source for any flight operation, exam, or safety-critical decision.
- Always verify any information — including regulations, calculations, weather interpretation, and performance figures — against official sources (such as the DGCA, your aircraft's approved Pilot's Operating Handbook, and current official regulations) and with your certified flight instructor.
- Calculations and tools in SkyBro (e.g. formulas, unit conversions, METAR practice) are provided for study and may contain errors or simplifications. They must never be used for actual flight planning or operations.
- SkyBro's content does not replace formal flight training, official study materials, or instruction from a certified instructor.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information in SkyBro.
4. Content accuracy
We work to keep content accurate and to have it reviewed, but we make no guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Aviation regulations change, and some content may be under review or not yet verified.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to use SkyBro lawfully, not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service, and not to rely on it for operational or safety-critical purposes as described above.
6. Intellectual property
The SkyBro platform and its original content are owned by us. You may use SkyBro for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform or its content without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyBro and its creators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SkyBro at any time, including during this early development stage. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
