1. Who we are
SkyBro ("SkyBro", "we", "us", "our") is a bilingual (Bahasa Indonesia / English) study platform for student pilots. You can contact us at skybroapp@gmail.com.
2. What information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service and improve it:
- Contact details you give us voluntarily: your WhatsApp number and/or email address, when you join our waitlist or submit feedback.
- Feedback content: any message you send us through the in-app feedback form.
- Basic technical information: your language preference (Indonesian/English), the page a message was sent from, and general browser/device information, collected automatically to help us fix problems and improve the app.
- Study progress: your learning progress (streaks, logbook entries, quiz results, etc.) is stored locally on your device/browser. We do not collect this on our servers.
We do not collect payment information (the service is currently free) and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age where parental consent is required in their jurisdiction.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about SkyBro (e.g. notifying you when we add new lessons or features), if you joined the waitlist.
- To respond to your feedback and improve the product.
- To understand and fix technical problems.
4. How we store and protect it
Your contact details and feedback are stored in our backend database (provided via Lovable Cloud / Supabase) with access restricted to us. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except:
- Service providers who help us operate SkyBro (e.g. our email delivery provider, Resend; our hosting/database provider), only as needed to run the service.
- Where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request that we show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at skybroapp@gmail.com. Because study progress is stored locally on your device, you can clear it yourself by clearing your browser data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as SkyBro develops. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do.
